Google website optimizer, you'll find several training videos on it in the "Inner Circle".
What I got from this is that I need to coach my team members on what kind of testimonial to give me. Not putting words in their mouth, but getting them to think like a prospective team member who's deciding between me as a sponsor and someone else. Also, I need to go thru that training on google optimizer.
