Another pearl.... Just a question about your use of URLs gathered from offline mags. What about the Google quality score, as these urls will not be used as keywords on your capture page, won't your quality score be so low that the CPC goes up to unaffordable levels?
Yes they are used as keywords on landing page and because there are relatively few competing ads for those keywords Google, most times, doesn't even have enough data to tabulate a quality score.
I've found a few examples of your step 2 of Ninja during my searches over the years... now I get it...I'll be using this technique for years to come.

Daegan, speaking of tracking everything you do...
I recently enlisted into your affiliate program, and started driving a trickle of traffic into you M-L BC Squeeze, but the number of opt-ins never rose from 0. I then went through the squeeze page to see if it would register in my tracker, but it did not. So I don't know if there's a problem or what, but a great squeeze like that should have converted.
BTW my birthdays on November 24, 1991
Daegan, that was genius. I didn't even know you could use an autoresponder email like that, but that really got me excited.
Mike, no problem, the opt in leads are not tracked by infusion (our partner program provider) but sales certainly are.
