Good commonsensical advice. I've got some great ideas for ebooks that I'd like to get out there in a big way. Simple straightforward knowledge that everyone needs to use. I've had experience in a variety of fields but none has caught my attention like our legal/ judicial process. I'm in the Houston, TX area of the US and I cannot believe the open criminality of my local court system. The thing that further disturbs me is the ignorance of the people going into these courts completely oblivious to the everyday law and how it applies to them regardless of the situation. No basic knowledge, no nothing, they lay themselves bare to an attorney they don't even know...And the attorney just plays the game. An attorney can be your best friend or your worst enemy in a courtroom. The fact of the matter is an attorney will not represent you and defend the law with respect to your rights if it will offend a judge, and if he does it will and well you get my drift. If you have an inkling of knowledge you get FULL REPRESENTATION.
Let them know, you know and the dynamic of the game changes dramatically..This concerns any type court case anywhere...Traffic is especially corrupt..Again if they know you know and you understand your remedies then you nail them where they live and they lose. Invaluable if you get a traffic ticket or worse. And remedies include very winnable lawsuits as they are settled out of court unless you demand a trial as an injured party. Think about it. I realize you probably do business all over the place, this pretty much covers the US and it's specifically targeted to various states it's simple and people need to take the time to learn it, especially if they rack up a traffic ticket now and then.

    Thanks

I don't understand how to incorporate the squeeze or lead capture page and the auto responder for this type of MLM business. I'm stumped. Can you point me in the right direction? Here is what Im trying to do...

Hey Daegan! It's Harold from Singapore. Its been quite a long while since we met, but that impression lasted and when you prioritised having that short chat with me in the cafe after the conference, that really humbled me... You walk your talk, man!

Amazing tips... coming from you, these surely must be your main "secret weapon" to achieving your current, and consistent, success.

Thanks for sharing and motivating, and I guess I needn't mention, but, keep the tips coming!

I'm looking forward to the day when my modelling of your strategy/tactics will similarly show phenomenal results as yours! As you say, To The Top, bro!

    Hey Daegan,

Just wanted to confirm what you were saying about people keeping you in their email list if they like what you have to say. It's been almost a year, and I've never once had the thought that when I check my email, your's wouldn't be there.

People, don't worry about how you think people will respond to your emails, were simply looking for the one's that hang on...

P.S. I don't have an autoresponder yet, so I just entered my domain name instead.

  9. #9 Kim says:

    Hi Daegan,

What are your thoughts on single or double opt-in for your autoresponder? Everywhere I read it says to go with double opt-in... but there are some downsides to that too. What do you think? I am setting up a new campaign and want to start it out right.

    Thanks,
    Kim
PS: I have been a subscriber for over 2 years... Thank you for all the info that you so freely give! :)

  10. #10 Daegan Smith says:

Great question and I've got a simple answer for ya . . . single opt in is FAR better, especially in the home business world. You'll loose half your leads or pay twice as much per lead for the leads you get if you go double opt in. Thanks for being a subscriber!

    To the top,

    Daegan

  12. #12 Kim says:

    Thank you Daegan!

My single opt-in has been working well. I was considering switching to the GVO autoresponder but they only allow double opt-in, so I will stick with my current autoresponder.

    Have an Amazing Day!

This is very good advice for any business. I've been planning a quarterly newsletter/magazine for my business - graphics/photography/video.
I'm in the middle of a complete rework of my website.
You got me motivated. So now, I'm planning on a series of one minute videos as well. I want to do at least 20 or 30 before I post any, and then start posting one every weekday. That way, if something happens to take me away from it, I won't fall behind.
Woody Allen said, 90% of success is being there. I guess being entertaining, genuine and consistent makes up the other 10%.

  14. #14 Daegan Smith says:

Great, my advice is just to do one at time and start sharing, you'll have 30 in no time and you won't feel like you have to reach a threshold before being ready to begin. That's how I think about. "What am I going to share tomorrow?" not so much I need to write 100 emails. You dig?

  15. #15 Steven Hurd says:

Hi Daegan great info. i enjoy your teaching thank you so much for sending me e-mail can"t wait to haer from you again this help my buisness a lot thanks again.

  16. #16 Muhammad Abdul-Malik says:

Hey Daegan this info is has created a Millionare Mindset in me sir,you really give it up holding nothin back all we have to do is take action and get involved and not try to do everything in 1 weekend its a process.thanks a million.CU@THETOP.

  17. #17 Bill Whetstone says:

    Daegan,

You are so right that success is a process. Coach Saban taught work process to his players and they accomplished their Championship goal based on hard daily practice. I still struggle loading messages in an autoresponder. You make daily process seem so easy. Until I delete my many distractions and get focused on one little success at a time, I will continue to spin my wheels. Thanks for being focused. You inspire.
    Bill

  18. #18 Damien Willis says:

Thanks for the tip Daegan. Makes a lot of sense and your results are proof that it works. I'm going to try and communicate with my list daily from now on. Cheers, Damien.

  19. #19 Carlos Barahona says:

Daegan, I keep listening to this when i DONT want to write an Email, to everybody reading this.. hope you can get a grasp of this concept and take it to hearth, ive been doing it for a week and my sales and conversions are up and deffinetly the CTR in my emails, no I feel like a pro and im pretty sure that my list feels that way too, I only share cool stuff and my way of thinking, make sure you always add a call to action in your emails, or sell somehting, if you dont ever sell you will never earn, that simple, my twist is my morning email goes directly to a post on my blog, and I always end up with a new optin or 2 to my other lists (business or product related).

Well this was almost a book, but hope you get the point.

  20. #20 James says:

I think this is great advice. But I'm unemployed and broke. And I spend my days & nights in a swirling fog trying to figure my autoresponder out and figure out how to build a lead list with no money. Everyone seems to have had some hidden skill at writing blogs and emails and all they needed to do was to start this business and it all came into play. Now they're blogging and writing how-tos everyday building their lists like they've been doing it all their lives. Well, I've never been much of a writer and my daily life wouldn't "entertain" anybody. And since I'm just learning this business, I can't tell anyone how-to do anything. I'm sure I'll figure all tis out if I don't lose my apartment, and therefore my access to the internet first. I'm sorry. I'm just so frustrated. I need to make headway NOW! How do I do this without spending my rent money?

  21. #21 Daegan Smith says:

James, you need to let go of all the things you don't have and create the things you do. If you work from a place of passion and excitement you'll naturally move towards deciphering your path to developing the skills that will make you a unique leader and expert, but you can't get there with a head full of what you don't have my friend.

  22. You know what Daegan, I think that is so cool. I have the old program (E-Mail MLM Formula), and you have been saying this ever since then.

I just started accidentally doing what you said (maybe it was in my head from you) and you are right, man. My Goodness, you are right.

  23. #23 Adelina M. says:

Deagan, I like what you're saying and am learning. I've never tried to do internet marketing yet but you inspire me. I need to know how to do it.

  24. #24 Mickk Harris says:

How in world can you send and respond to 3000 email`s in a day?

  25. #25 Helio Laguna says:

thanks Daegan for you advice, i was thinking wrong about my email strategy, i will change and email my list every day, thanks again Daegan!

  26. #26 Patrick Jackson says:

Great information! I have been sending some form of communication out every 3 days however I need to ramp it up. Not getting much opt ins so I will tweek and track and Make it HAPPEN!
Thanks again for such valuable, simple yet very effective content!

  27. #27 Tim Sweeney says:

    Daegan Smith for President!

I would rather have a man who speaks from the heart than any career politician. Hmm, this content you have so freely given is so valuable that I plan on finishing listening to all the videos before I sign up for you course. I had to get a loan yesterday to keep my power on and my internet, but, like you say Daegan we all need to focus on what we do have on this Thansgiving day, and if you live in America you have more than 99% of all the suffering people on the earth. Thinking small benefits no one, Onwards and Upwards!
