Hey bud, I don't quite understand the question? Can you be a little more specific for me.
So my question is how can I set up my sales funnel if I would like to use the webinar as my funded proposal and I'm starting out with NO list..
should I set up a capture page to the webinar directly or should I set up a capture page for a mini lead magnet and then tell them if they want more to buy the $20 webinar?

So I'm leaning towards the second option because first of all I have no list and I have no product...now lets say I'm doing a webinar on how to get free leads since I'm going to reveal that in the webinar how do I give something of value in the lead magnet without telling them the webinar content?
I'm basically confused on what topic to start out with since I have no list but what can I start out with that I can teach?
