Will definitely review this one over & over. Gotta master SEO.

  2. #2 Jonathan Sweeting says:

Hey D, what about the comment's date time? wouldn't that indicate that the post has been around for a while?

  3. #3 Justin King says:

Is there a benefit of adding .html to the permalink structure of posts? I see a few of your students have done that. Recommended?

  4. #4 Daegan Smith says:

Not a super important detail as far as I know or have tested.

  5. #5 Rachael Macgregor says:

I know that duplicate content is fine as far as having the same article on 5 article directiories for example, but, is it ok to have the same exact blog post somewhere else. for example, Better Networker has a blog section where I used to put in each blog post I did with a link back to my original (totally identical) post on my blog.

I stopped doing it cause I got told by someone it was a no, but to be honest it would be pretty cool if I could let people use my blog posts as long as they linked back to the original.

What's your take on this? Should the content on your blog always be unique to anything else out there?

    Thanks. Loving the training.

    Rachel,

You can go either way - my personal perspective is it's not worth worrying about. It just creates another level of complication for you personally to follow rules and guidelines that you can't prove quantifiable. My take - keep it simple.
